If your order also contains merchandise other than birdseed, and the cost is not prohibitive, we will ship the other merchandise via Priority Mail, if so chosen, and the birdseed will be shipped via Ground.

All returns must have return authorization number. No credit will be issued without return authorization!
Return requests, *excluding optics, (see below) must be made within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Any item returned must be new, unused and include the original packaging. Please note: Manufacturers field test their products so we do not offer returns or exchanges for a product because your birds won't use it.
*Optic return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving. All optics returned will be sent by us to the manufacturer for them to inspect, and assure that the optics are in a factory fresh condition, before credit is issued.
A 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. In addition, a charge of $8.99 plus 50 cents per pound , will be assessed for any return that was originally shipped free. Shipping is not refundable.
Exceptions to Above Return Policy
All sales are final. None of these items will be accepted for either return or exchange. If defective, customer must return them to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

We pack and ship all the products very carefully, and they are delivered to the carrier in good condition.
If you do receive a shipment in damaged condition, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
1. Keep the original packing in which it came, including the packing material and outer shipping box for inspection.
2. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately giving us your contact information including name, address, phone number, order number and what the damage to the shipment was.
3. We will contact the carrier and arrange for inspection.
4. We will inform you the result and report of the inspection.
5. We will either repair or replace the product depending on the damage
