Ordering Information Use our convenient and secure on-line "Point and Click" shopping. When you click on the "Check Out" button you will be directed to a "Check Out" page where you will enter your shipping and billing information. After you fill out the required information and click the "Submit" button, you will be asked how you plan to pay. You will have a choice of: 1. Credit Card On-Line 2. Call or fax in credit card information 3. Send Check or Money Order If you choose: 1. Credit Card On-Line You will just need to supply your account information and you are done. Your order will arrive in a few days. If you choose: 2. Call or fax in credit card information You will need to call us after completing the checkout process. If you choose: 3. Send Check or Money Order Your check or money order should be made payable to: Bird Watcher's Marketplace (in U.S funds only). Please do not send cash. Orders paid by Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are generally processed the next business day. Bird Seed Orders are only sent Ground. If your order also contains merchandise other than birdseed, and the cost is not prohibitive, we will ship the other merchandise via Priority Mail, if so chosen, and the birdseed will be shipped via Ground. Return Policy All returns must have return authorization number. No credit will be issued without return authorization! Return requests, *excluding optics, (see below) must be made within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Any item returned must be new, unused and include the original packaging. Please note: Manufacturers field test their products so we do not offer returns or exchanges for a product because your birds won't use it. *Optic return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving. All optics returned will be sent by us to the manufacturer for them to inspect, and assure that the optics are in a factory fresh condition, before credit is issued. Exceptions to Above Return Policy All sales are final. None of these items will be accepted for either return or exchange. If defective, customer must return them to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
